24 Weeks



How far along? 24 weeks
This week's highlights:  Peyton is about 8.5 inches long and weighs around 1.5 pounds...the size of a cantaloupe!!  Whoa!  Now that's really something!!  And I can tell...feeling much bigger these days.  When I reviewed the weekly picture (above) I almost had a heart attack!  Definitely having a baby...no doubt about that now!  :)  He can also hear loud sounds and also now has eyelashes, eyebrows, and hair.  A studly little guy, I'm sure.  ;)

Maternity clothes?  Absolutely.  Freaking out a bit because most of my maternity clothes are for cooler weather...not this 70 degree stuff we've been having in Atlanta in December!!  Gross!!

Stretch marks? No!  Thank goodness!

Best moment this week:  Feeling the little guy move.  :)

Miss Anything?  Still missing wine, of course.  Also not looking forward to baking Christmas goodies and not being able to lick the bowl due to the mixture of raw eggs.  :(
Movement:  All the time!  I LOVE it!  :)

Food cravings:   Strangely enough...this week it's root beer.  LOL  I've never been a big fan, but for some reason it's hitting the spot (and it's caffeine free!).  :)

Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope

Belly Button in or out?  Flat...looking very flat and strange.  :/
Wedding rings on or off?  Sporting a fake one for now.  :(  Took my real ones in for their regular cleaning this week...what a tease.  Can't wait to get them back on again!
Happy or Moody most of the time:  Happy...most of the time.  Only one melt-down this week.  Ah the holidays...brings out the stress (I mean best) in everyone.  ;)

Looking forward to:  Meeting Peyton!  Do we really have to wait 116 more days!?!
